1.25m and 2.5m Convert-O-Trons can now crudely convert the hydrogen you can harvest with Nils277's Kerbal Planetary Base Systems into liquid hydrogen (such as to fuel Nertea's Cryogenic Engines, or Kerbal Atomics), or visa-versa in case you need hydrogen for your TACLS Sabatier reactions; the COT can also refine ore into hydrogen gas if required.
Whilst not an efficient converter, higher level engineers give better ratios.
