[OBSOLETED in 1.8] Small cfg tweak to allow staging to be optionally toggled off in the editor for Parachutes, Engines, Fairings, and Launch Clamps. Credit goes to sebi.zzr for figuring this out. Special Thanks goes to Alshain for the help.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Dual-Mode engines such as Panther and Rapier must have both modes removed from the stage. To do this, you must toggle engine modes in the editor and disable staging for both modes.

Alshain helped make the needed adjustments. Launch Clamp support was added again, bug fixes were made to dual-mode engines. Fairings now work correctly.

Xyphos figured out how to remove the LV-N engines from staging, re-enabled support for fairings.

Alshain found a bug with ModuleEngines and ModuleJettison, it has been fixed now. Alshain also pointed out that it doesn't work with LV-N engines, so this mod now excludes LV-N engines, specifically. Xyphos included support disabling staging for Launch Clamps
