RubriciAcel's Patches and Tweaks (VAB Organizer) CKAN

These configs include VABO assignments for numerous mods as well as new bulkhead definitions, additional subcategories, and numerous tweaks/fixes to existing configurations. There are also a lot of corrected bulkhead profiles, though I don't think this has any effect outside VAB Organizer.

A text file with the full sorting order is included if you want to examine it, including the tweaks I've made to priority values to avoid collisions, and subcategories I added.
