I found that Kerbal Space Program Interstellar - Extended's own Cryo Tanks compatability patch strips out the Liquid Methane+Oxidizer and Liquid Hydrogen+Oxidizer fuel tank options, leaving you with only dedicated oxidizer and fuel options. I am not sure if this is intentional or not, but I found it annoying to deal with, so I whipped up this patch to re-inject these options into the fuel switcher module.
