FlightRecorder

Functionality

This mod allows you to record your flight's telemetry data and state precisely so you can play it as a kinematic:

• After recording your flight, and playing it, your vessel will spawn at where it was initially in the record, and then display the kinematic playback. If you stop the playback at a time of the recording, the vessel will continue its flight at that time and physics will return normally.
• You can go through any time of the recording from the GUI, will be mentioned below.
• You can save, rename, and delete recordings.

Configuration

This is the GUI:

• Record your flight through the "Record" button. A "Stop" button will appear instead when you're recording.
• After stopping a recording, you can either save it from the "Save" button or just play the recording. Note that clicking record again would lose the previous recording and start a new one.
• You can click the "Files" button to see your previously saved recordings. If there are, simply select the recording through the "Select" button to play it. You can also rename the recording and delete it directly from the UI.
• At the top of the UI represents some data about your recording. It will show you what craft was used in this recording, along with when it was started, and what its duration was.
• Next to the main four buttons shows whether you want your world's time to be reverted to the recording's initial time upon playing it or not. The other one's whether you want the GUI to be opened by clicking F7 or not. You can still access the UI from the toolbar.
• You can go to any time of the recording by dragging the yellow needle through the recording as shown above.
• As seen above, telemetry consists of speed, altitude, and G-force data.

Note: To pan the camera after pausing, press F2.

Installation

Download the zip file and extract it. Move the FlightRecorder folder in Gamedata/FlightRecorder to you KSP's Gamedata directory.

Dependencies: Harmony is a dependency. You can install it from CKAN or from github.
