A singular small config file that rebalances the costs for Liquid Fuel, Oxidizer, Solid Fuel, Methane and Liquid Hydrogen (mostly based on vibes) as to make reusing rockets a more profitable endeavour.
(More fuel for reuse = higher cost = more money spent on fuel than you would've expending the rocket = reuse not worth it, this mod attempts to fix that, especially with Methalox rockets)
