This is Elijah's Tuff Flag Library, I put as many tuff flags I could find on here as possible and made this, a 1013 flag pack, it is the BIGGEST meme flag pack in Kerbal Space Program, and is bigger than any flag pack I could find on the internet. Just in general.

To install it, you extract the file, go to Elijah's Tuff Flag Library Version 1>GameData, and drag ElijahsTuffFlagLibrary into the actual GameData folder, this one's the fake one.
