SMART_UI_REFRESH_RATES Introduces dynamic polling for staging and resource display systems. Instead of redrawing interface components every single physics tick, it throttles updates to a human-readable interval.
REDUNDANT_CALL_ELIMINATION Bypasses unneeded layout updates when UI panels are minimized or hidden, significantly reducing main-thread overhead during high-part-count missions.
