Contract Configurator is not being maintained anymore, and I needed some functionalities added to it for a contract pack I wanted to make. Currently, this only includes downrange contract support, but it will at some point also include orbital delivery support (think J:NO payload delivery contracts!). Raw stats are from the beginning of time until now. Each follower and download entry represents one hour of data. Uneventful hours are omitted.
