It's a vacuum-optimized variant of the Vector. Not quite as big as a Rhino, with the same thrust as a normal Vector, but 400 seconds of Isp in a vacuum. Useful for cases where you need a big engine with big gimbal, or want to cram a bit more delta-V into that upper stage. Waterfall configs are included, with custom sounds and a plume based on the Rhino engine. Technically compatible with ReStock, but it'll just use the stock model. DEPENDENCY: Module Manager
