Dan's Science Overhaul on SpaceDock

This overhaul is meant to balance out the science system in KSP, while still keeping it playable. The changes include:

Science Lab being repurposed, to only increase transmit values and not increasing science values
Barometer scans not working in space, obviously
EVA Reports only working in space
Biome hopping is removed. Biomes exist but most experiments do not depend on them anymore.
Custom science results!

Be aware that this mod is still very early in development and will change!
