Adds contracts for creating satellite and relay constellations. The player is tasked with placing satellites at a given orbit and an exact position (or mean anomaly). Replaces stock satellite contracts.
Requires Contract Configurator v2.10.0.0 and Module Manager
Raw stats are from the beginning of time until now. Each follower and download entry represents one hour of data. Uneventful hours are omitted.
