Fixes TweakScale's disabling of 19 parts (including stock remodels.) This is ncessary as of TweakScale 2.4.3.12, but this will become obsolete if future updates reconcile mass values in ModulePartVariants.
Requires both TweakScale and VensStockRevamp [1.9.x] to function, and this fix must be installed last.
Raw stats are from the beginning of time until now. Each follower and download entry represents one hour of data. Uneventful hours are omitted.
