This mod makes all procedural fairings parts available at start in career and without size restrictions to fit to all your crazy payload ideas.
Dependencies:
-Module Manager
-Procedural Fairings
Installation:
-Install dependencies (If you already have Proc fairings installed, I recommend you removing it and reinstalling it at the same time as ProcFairingsStart ).
-Merge the zip's GameData folder with your KSP/GameData folder.
Compatible to KSP 1.3.1 to 1.4.*
