Fixed a stack of bugs in the decoupler nodes, and then refixed and refixed. Added a single KOOSE "nest", which is basically just a surface attachable decoupler node. You can now add KOOSE pods where ever you want. Guzanyware pod.

Update RCS and SRB plumes with custom and smaller plumes than available through stock FX. Changed the pattern on the chute cover to make a series of V shapes to indicate which way is up. Including MM patches for TAC Lifesup, MechJeb, CLS, KIS, RT and IL. NOTE: CLS patch basically doesn't work for the Nest. I'm still working on that. On the pod, default CLS stuff autodetects, so the only thing the patch really does is block you exiting via the parachute node. The Nest is running into issues with a multitude of nodes.

Renamed the docking cradle a KOOSE Nest, because of course. Thanks to JadeOfMaar for the name. Further work on the mesh and texture for said part. Added a decoupler effect for the nodes, so they can be fired via right click panel, or all at once through staging (which does result in a nice expanding circle that I was too slow to capture with F1). Be warned that if you're currently using an existing docking cradle the decoupling may not behave, and craft files might be a bit weird, as all the nodes had to be renamed. Which is why I'm pushing this update as early as I am, even though the texture's not totally done.
