This mod transform the dumb and stupid adapter to something moar useful.
The flats comes with Electric Charge and Monoprop and the other brings Liquid-Fuel and Oxidizer.
Also, Change (a bit) science parts place in the tech-tree for something more "realistic". You can skip this fonction with deliting all the "science part" stuff in the file.
