0.03 - add: * mvDeltaMagNodeFrom - move deltaV from one node to another * mvDeltaSplitsedNodeMagSeconds - add delta to the end of a chain of nodes preserving their size and spacing * mvDeltaSplitsedNodeMag - as above but uses ship max acceleration * mvDeltaSplitsedNodeMagThrottle - as above but uses throttled ship max acceleration
