MM3Nuke – W78 warhead for the Mk12A (Minuteman III), KSP 1.12
===============================================================
Author: MoWoSf

Installation
  GameData/MM3Nuke/Plugins/MM3Nuke.dll
GameData/MM3Nuke/MM3Nuke.cfg Settings. On loading, the plugin attaches them as the
module MM3NukeWarhead to the Mk12A (the Minuteman III
                                 part configs are left unchanged).

Right-click menu of the Mk12A (VAB and flight)
  Yield 20 t … 1.2 Mt, default 335 kt (W78)
Fuze Airburst (radar fuze) / Contact / Manual only
  Burst height 50 … 5000 m above ground (default 1500 m)
  Safety Armed / Safe
Arm above apex (VAB only) minimum altitude the RV must have reached
Cinematic camera switches to an observer camera after detonation
  Detonate now click twice (confirmation)
  Action groups "Detonate", "Toggle safety"

Arming: safety set to Armed + separated from the bus + arming apex reached
+ descending. An RV that burns up during reentry does not detonate.

In-flight preview (no damage)
Alt+N 335 kt airburst, 10 km in front of the camera
Alt+Shift+N the same as a surface burst

What is simulated
  - Light flash with the double pulse (timings after Glasstone & Dolan), glare,
light cast onto terrain and vessels; the white flash holds for 1.6 s and
    fades out gently
  - Fireball (radius after Taylor and Glasstone & Dolan, temperature,
cooling, flattening), violet ionisation glow (stronger at night),
rise, toroidal vortex → mushroom cloud
  - Wilson cloud, pileus cap, condensation rings on the stem, dust skirt on
the ground, afterwinds, fires within the thermal radius, wind shear,
    aerial perspective
  - Visible shock wave: a shock dome around the burst point and a wall of
dust/spray rolling outwards along the ground (shockStrength)
  - The cloud rises in real time (cloudSpeed, default 1; higher values make
    it rise faster)
  - Blast wave (Kinney-Graham, Mach reflection) destroys parts, vessels
beyond physics range and KSC buildings; thermal radiation heats parts
    with line of sight
  - Bang and rumble arrive with the blast wave (sound delay), plus camera shake
  - Exoatmospheric bursts: no mushroom cloud, only the flash and the plasma shell

Settings without the menu: values in GameData/MM3Nuke/MM3Nuke.cfg
(cloudLifetime, cloudSpeed, shockStrength, particleQuality, humidity, windSpeed, ...).
