StretchScale for KSP 1.12.x
===========================
Scale any part independently along X (width), Y (height / stack axis) and Z (depth)
in the VAB/SPH. Only the physical model (meshes + colliders) and attach nodes are
changed - mass, cost, resources, thrust etc. are NOT affected.

Requires: Module Manager.
Install: copy the StretchScale folder into KSP/GameData.

Part action window -> "Stretch Scale" group:
  Scale X / Y / Z   - 0.05 .. 20, type a value or use the arrows/slider
  Lock proportions - change one axis and the others follow proportionally
  Reset scale       - back to 1 / 1 / 1
  Swap X / Z - swap the two horizontal axes
Changes apply to symmetry counterparts. Attached parts (stack and surface)
are moved to stay on the scaled surfaces.

TweakScale / TweakScale Rescaled (optional): the stretch is applied on top of
TweakScale's uniform size (final size = TweakScale factor x stretch per axis).
Changing either one keeps the other. Mass/cost scaling still comes only from
TweakScale's uniform factor.

Known limits: drag cubes aren't regenerated for the stretch; part variants that
move nodes and other mods that rescale the "model" transform may conflict.
