Added missing Shuttle Payload Technology (SPT) parts and textures

Fixes:

• Fixed RCS thrusters and FX on the shuttle nosecone, OMS pods, and MMU

• Fixed Engine Effects on all engines and boosters

• various other small things

Added:

• Stock inventory system added to Shuttle Storage Box, MMU Engineer Rack, and MMU port

• Craft Files for the Mk3 Shuttle and Shuttle C

Patches:

• Updated RealPlume patch to fix engine FX

• I wasn't able to confirm that all of the mod compatability patches are still working so let me know if something you use is broken

Changes:

New SRB-4 thrust curves - Performance is similar on the shuttle but they should be more predictable for other types of lifters

Fixed collider issue on custom name plates

Added:

Heavy Payload Mount and Payload Bay Decoupler - Set of decouplers to mount large satellites or other payloads securely into the cargo bay. The Payload Bay Decoupler also acts as a strut. (some placeholder textures)

Shuttle Payload Technologies by @MrMeeb - A stock version of SPT has been added into Cormorant. This includes 2 Payload bay options and a full set of Skylab parts for all your science needs.

• Fixed Shuttle OMS pods (broke in 1.3.0b) - Changed the RCS so they're now more stable during translation.

• Fixed some description errors

• More small changes to support Mk3 - Block II

• Most shuttle parts moved down one tier lower in the tech tree to give space for Block II parts. You can now build a full shuttle at the Heavy Aerodynamics and Heavier Rocketry levels.

• Decal set to add names and more flags to your shuttles

• New art for ST-25 engine. The old engine is moving to its proper place in the future Block II add-on

• Many other small changes to get ready for the Block II release

Fixed Buran cockpit specular map

Shuttle C body - The Shuttle C is an unmanned option to utilize the ET and booster stack of the Space Shuttle program. The C has no heat tiles or aerodynamic considerations as it isn't intended to return safely. Its lighter weight and disposable nature make it perfect for unusually heavy payloads and high altitude and satellite deployment missions.

Shuttle C Nosecone - A simple nosecone fit to the Mk3 profile.

• MMU-E rack node fixed to prevent clipping on undock

• STME ISP changed. The sea level/vac values were flipped. This adds a bit more dV on launch. Enjoy

• Increased breaking torque on ET parts to help with initial physics load

• Moved the CoM on Shuttle B further back

• Fixed drag issues on the parachutes

• Reduced MMU fuel

• Other things I likely forgot about and will add if I remember

Added E-2 Pallet. A simple detachable pallet for mounting tools and other small bits to help with orbital construction. The rectangular target counts as a Docking Port Jr. for an MMU or other tug

Changed wing textures to MeshSwitcher. There is now a "Flip Tiles" option in the VAB/SPH.

• Changes to Aero.

• Turning during reentry should feel a bit more stable at higher speeds again. Seems like the 1.0.5 hotfix lifting body fix was conflicting with the parts additional wing lift causing much higher lift.

• Body Flap values adjusted to bring its drag back up.

• Body Flaps of existing shuttles will likely flip around and will need to be re-attached in the assembly building. Don't update if you have a shuttle in orbit!
