Changes

- Removed Spacehenge part- it wasn't supposed be included in the release version of Blueshift.
- Updated the warp curves for warp engines and warp cores; you should see better gains earlier in the curve, but diminishing returns later on.
- Updated how units are displayed to be more SI-adjacent.
- Updated the warp engine PAW to always show Effective Warp Capacity and Total Displacement Impulse.
- Updated the warp engine PAW to show how the crew can affect Effective Warp Capacity.
- Added travel time to target to the Warp Trip Planner (in-flight only).
- Engineers now affect a ship's Effective Warp Capacity instead of directly affecting max warp speed.

Bug Fixes

- Fixed an issue in warp coils that would incorrectly compute their total warp capacity if the part had no part variants.
- Fixed issue in Warp Travel Planner that was incorrectly computing the distance in light-years to the target.
- Fixed issue where the highest rank reported was always 0 in the editor.
