Added Custom Decoupler Part that uses the decoupler shroud by default, can be resized and is covered completely by the shrouds on the sides
Added orange and dark shroud texture, improved some of the existing textures
Improved size detection (now detects adapter parts properly, and doesn't just choose the bigger side)
