			   Welcome to Telemagic!
			   =====================

This is the 1.3.1.5 maintenance release of Telemagic and it is an adjunct to
the previous 1.3.1.3 "Bombs Away" release. This release supports KSP 1.3.1
(and ONLY 1.3.1).

Unpack the .zip file into the KSP directory as usual; it will unload into
./GameData and *add* files to ./GameData/Telemagic

Please note that the new Telemagic .jar file will load side-by-side with your
previous version and you can run both by using a launcher for each as you desire.

The new Telemagic jar file is Telemagic.1.3.1.5.jar.

v1.3.1.5 adds enforcement of Telemagic rules pertaining to Hub Airport Towers
(HATs) and to aircraft refueling.

In addition, your free, bonus, reference Control Tower implementation has been
slightly updated.

Please contact Hotel26 via the KSP Forum page:

https://forum.kerbalspaceprogram.com/index.php?/topic/169048-131-telemagic-v1311-new-years-eve-release

if you should have any problems or questions!

See also that site for a description of the Hub Airport tower/refueling rules.

Telemagic does the following for you:

    1. teleports craft parked on the KSC runway to the Baikerbanur
cosmodrome flight line, ready for departure (grass strip).

    2. teleports craft on the KSC launchpad to the Baikerbanur cosmodrome
       "launchpad", ready for departure.

    3. refuels aircraft parked on the KSC refueling apron.
[between the white lines on the taxiway by the tanks located just
north of the control tower by the runway]

    4. refuels aircraft parked on the BKB (Baikerbanur) refuling apron.
       [west side of Building 11A]

    5. detects "hub airports" and refuels aircraft parked in the refueling
apron designated at those locations. [Within about 30 meters of the
       control tower.]

A hub airport has dual runways (marked by 4 flags) and a control tower which
is defined as having a cupola >= 8m from the ground. [Imagine a cupola on
top of 4 HitchHiker cabins.] You won't need the flags for this version, but
this will be coming in the third and final release!

Telemagic was inspired by the recent KSP forum Regional Airport Challenge
and the intention for Telemagic is that it stimulate the creation of global/
regional aviation networks on Kerbin to further its exploration and
colonization. My thanks to the sponsors of that forum challenge!!

How to install Telemagic: unpack it into GameData, as usual.
------------------------

How to operate Telemagic: (here's the bad news!)
------------------------

    1. press F5 to make a quicksave!
    2. run Telemagic from a desktop shortcut or launcher!
    3. press F9 to reload your quicksave!
    4. Yes! That simple!

Telemagic edits your quicksave file through the magic of "reverse
engineering". What could go wrong?

Well, everything... Which is why Telemagic keeps up to 10 backups of your
original quicksave.sfs in GameData/Telemagic/Backup

The Telemagic command line: java -jar Telemagic.jar <world>
where <world> is the name of the savefile you wish to operate on.

So java -jar Telemagic.jar xyzzy will modify saves/xyzzy/quicksave.sfs

Please note that this command line must run from the Gamedata/Telemagic
directory in which it is located. That is to say, that location must be the
"working directory" specified in your shortcut, launcher or within your
command terminal. Contact Hotel26 by KSP Forum PM if you need friendly
assistance.

Note 1: if there is sufficient interest in Telemagic, it will very likely
get made into a fully-fledged, ingame button.

Note 2:	yes, I do know about HyperEdit, thank you.
