MunGlow — Copyright (c) 2026 Lamina, MIT License.
The optional RingGlow subsystem uses the user's installed MunGlow/ReflectedSurface
shader and its reference-counted MoonSurface loader, and hooks its cloud render
transaction. No MunGlow DLL, bundle, cloud profile or decompiled source is included.
The original MunGlow license is reproduced below.

Kopernicus provides the native ring component, geometry and shader. ModuleManager
applies the configuration patches. EVE/Scatterer provide optional cloud/eclipse
shaders and Harmony provides runtime patching. Their binaries and shaders are not
included in this distribution.
