Third-party components retain their own licences:
- tools/vendor/mu.py: Bill Currie's io_object_mu, GPL-2.0-or-later. Full licence
is in tools/vendor/COPYING. Local changes explicitly close binary files.
- Transport and Motorway source fonts: Crown Copyright / Open Government
Licence v1.0, distributed by Roads.org.uk. Original notices are in fonts/
and tools/font-sources/. Font-derived atlases retain that attribution.
- The Motorway extension keeps original non-empty Motorway glyphs, including
A and B. The empty K is replaced by the supplied three-part symbol. Other
previously empty or absent characters use Transport-derived glyphs.

The Python asset generation tool is distributed under GPL-2.0-or-later
alongside its imported binary model writer. This does not alter the stated
licence of independently authored companion C# code or original textures.
